My Experience with Dogs (27+ years of training)​

I started obedience training in 1986 and I was introduced to obedience trials in 1991 and have been doing it ever since. Then I dabbled some in the breed ring off and on in the 90’s but ended up back on the performance side until 2002 and bought another show prospect which didn’t turn out. Then Spenser came into my life and he is the first one that has gone somewhere in the breed ring. So I am hoping I am getting that part down as well. I started agility training in 1993 but Spenser is the first I ever got a title on. Life got in the way a couple of times then Dakota had other plans. I started training in rally obedience before it became a titling class. In 2005 I started showing in rally obedience and have titled several in it also.

I achieved obedience titles on my dogs as well as CGC and TDI certifications.

My current Dogs are:

Dakota: Aldebaran’s Sundance Kid CGC, CD, RN, RA, RE, TDI. Dakota is retired.

Spenser: Aldebaran’s Spenser For Hire BN CD RN RA RE RAE RAE2 NA NAJ  CGC CGCA CGCU TKN TKI TKA TKA TDI and pointed in the breed ring. Spenser is retired from peformance and onto therapy work.
